RETURN POLICY 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send your item(s) back to the warehouse in accordance with the following policy:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the order date.

• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing and with the tags still attached.

• Items returned must not be worn, damaged, washed, stained or altered in any way.

RETURN CONFIRMATION & REFUND

Please contact us via the website or via email ( habitonltd@hotmail.com) to start the return and refund process. 

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been accepted. The refund can take up to 7 days.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed properly to avoid damage to the product. 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that we do not offer free returns.
